Tigers Eye for the Year of the Tiger

Last Sunday February 14, 2010, we all celebrate two of the most important celebration for the month of February. The Chinese New Year welcoming the Year of the Golden Tiger (February 14, 2010 to February 2, 2011) and the second most important celebration is Valentines Day.

So as I was passing by my local Chinese Store, I ask for a fashionable item that will help me bring luck and prosperity in this year. Specifically on the career side


Since I was born on the year of the WOOD Rat according to the Chinese calendar, I needed to know what faith has installed for me this year. Since you know, Tiger is a BIG CAT or belongs to the Cat family and cats do like to chase mice. So I am guessing this year is going to be a very busy and challenging year.

So I did some digging on the internet to check the metaphysical properties of this stone are;

So Tart and i decided to grab some coffee before going home.
I was already anticipating the worst since it was a Saturday afternoon (A day before the Valentines) and we are in SM CITY CEBU. Starbucks will be jammed pack for sure. 

Tart ordered for me since I know he likes to smoke his Marlboro lights while drinking his coffee (Who doesn't right?) 
so the moment I went outside to check if there was any table available, a couple just stood up. So I immediately went to the table and sat down. GOOD LUCK ALREADY? I am starting to love this new Tigers eye bracelet of mine.

Dante’s Inferno

Another Third person action adventure game is about to hit the stand probably within this month.
Dante’s Inferno was just recently released by Electronic Arts and Visceral Games



Being a big boy in the city, one must also learn to ride with the tides, specifically the Tech world. 
While I was waiting for DIABLO 3 to hit the market, another third person game caught my fancy.
The game is base on the literary works of Dante Alighieri the Divine Comedy (probably one of the most influential books of all time)

Much like the book, you will be playing Dante, the protagonist of this game and your mission is to find Beatrice (His Beloved) and attempts to free her soul from the Devil (Lucifer).
Dante’s primary weapon is a Death Scythe (which he took from death himself after he killed him) and a Holy cross. This is still the typical third person action were Combination of Magic and Sword/Scythe skill is essential in the fight. The use of magic would still depend on your MANA level.

Dante has two skill category, HOLY and Unholy skill tree; the more enemies you kill means more Souls you get (Soul exchange is the game’s currency). You can exchange these souls for a skill either one of the skill tree.

Same as what is written in the book, Dante will travel the 9 circles of Hell in order to find his beloved Beatrice.

The February heat is here! Summer is just around the corner! That means for those who are still in school it means it’s almost time for summer vacation meaning NO SCHOOL, No homework and Yes playing in the water.

Aquamarine Fitness and Wellness GYM  is offering Swimming lessons at the Parklane Hotel Pool this summer.
I have actually used the pool and it has a great view (Ayala Business Park View), Its near the Ayala Mall and complete with all the amenities that a 5 star hotel offers. 

It’s a great way for the kids to learn and have fun at the same time without the hassle of travelling great distances!

It is often normal to feel a sudden craving for meats. That’s because you need a Low Fat, High Protein Diet.

My craving for pork chop has been rather strong lately, it could be since i am slowly including weight training in my gym routine. So you can just imagine how sore my muscles are..
